Klang, Wednesday (13 December, 2023) – Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia marked another major milestone with the introduction of the Aveta Service Corner (ASC).
Designed to offer customers a peace of mind in their ownership of Aveta Motorcycles, the ASC is a dedicated corner in Aveta dealerships with specially prepared tools for mechanics to work on Aveta motorcycles.
“We want customers to have a stress-free ownership experience with Aveta Motorcycles and the ASC is meant to do just that. We work with dedicated dealers and service centres who have the knowledge to work on Aveta Motorcycles,” explained Steven Lim, Group Managing Director of Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia.
“Knowledge is important for a mechanic but so are the right tools. Hence why the Aveta Service Corner has all the right tools for a mechanic to carry out servicing and if needed, repairs of any Aveta motorcycle,” he added.
To ensure that mechanics are consistently performing at their highest level and have the right skill set, Aveta has provided training to work on all models. In addition to the training, all mechanics will also be provided with t-shirts while the ASC will be prepped with a bike lift and a tool drawer, which is also provided by Aveta.
The first ASC was launched in collaboration with Ann Chuan motor, an Aveta dealership that is located in Klang. It is the first of 30 ASC’s which will be launched throughout Malaysia in 2024.
The Aveta Service Centre is also one of three Customer Care initiatives, the other two being the Mobile Service Fleet which is already in operation as well as the appointment of dedicated stockists which is scheduled for 2024.
